Shipping & Returns

We use Royal Mail services, tracked where we can. We aim to ship your order within 3-5 working days.

Due to Royal Mail strikes and delays constantly happening, we are doing what we can to get orders out as quickly as possible to avoid delays. We may have to use alternative couriers. Thank you for your patience.

Returns policy

Happy Little Paws accepts returns within 14 days if products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging. Please note, personalised orders cannot be returned unless faulty. No products may be returned to Happy Little Paws without the prior written consent of Happy Little Paws and are subject to a return charge. **Please note that like all human accessories, dog accessories are subject to wear and tear and it is the responsibility of the owner to keep an eye on the condition to make sure it is safe for their pup to wear.

 

Cancelling your order

As a customer, you are free to cancel an order within 14 days and will be refunded amount of your order to the account the order originally was paid from. Please note we cannot cancel custom orders.
